Long time Alaskan's, JoAnne and Carrol Martin, along with their son Blair and his wife Ronna expanded their ranch to include a variety of accommodations for visitors to the Kenai Peninsula. Guests in the Ranch House B&B will find two bedrooms on the lower floor, each with queen bed and private bath. Cabins vary from rustic logs to beautiful modern with full kitchen and bath. All are nestled in the trees with a view of the Kenai River. The RV Park contains full hookups and pull throughs. Dry spots and tent camping are also available, all close to the "wash house" showers and restrooms. Moose and caribou as well as an occasional farm animal visit the park regularly.

Located on Kalifornsky Beach Road, across from KSRM Radio Station, the ranch is surrounded by trees and offers the feeling of seclusion and remoteness. However, it is only four miles from Kenai and five and one half from Soldotna, closer still to shopping, gasoline, churches and restaurants.

Our Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Minimum one night or 50% deposit to hold reservation. Balance due at check in. Deposit fully refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. 10% service charge if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded at 50% and no refunds for cancellations within one week of arrival unless we can fill the vacancy. We will, however, make every effort to fill the vacancy. No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
