Cabin Accommodations - Kenai Peninsula, Alaska Lodging

The Foreman's Home is constructed of local Sitka Spruce and the cabinets from birch cut right here on the property. Nestled in the trees, the large decks overlook the Kenai River wetlands, the Bridge Access Road, the city of Kenai, Cook Inlet and the active volcanoes of the Alaska Range. Each unit in the Duplex has a separate entrance, a living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and complete kitchen with four burner/oven stove. A picnic table and propane grill are shared and laundry facilities are available on site.

The Homestead Cabin on the Diamond M Ranch is made of logs from the ranch property. Some are from the original homestead cabin built by "Red" Miller in the early fifties. This cabin is nestled in the trees in a rather remote location and your privacy is respected.

The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, small electric appliances, and sink, but there is no running water. Fresh water is provided as needed. The picturesque outhouse nearby has the same view of the wetlands and Kenai River. Showers are available in the ranch house solarium where you may also relax in the spa.

The only chickens in this "coop" are the weather vane atop the roof, the welcome sign, plastic lawn ornaments, coffee mugs and stuffed toys. This cozy cabin has a fantastic view and is sided with Alaskan grown lumber. It sleeps four comfortably and the complete kitchen has hot/cold running water. Although this cabin has only a porta-potty and no bathroom it is next to the shower house containing three private bath rooms, each with shower, toilet, and sink.

The Bunk House has two one room apartments, each complete with full kitchen and bath with shower. One unit has a queen hide-a-bed, a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. The other has a set of bunk beds and a queen bed. Each has a private deck. The lower level has four bedrooms, two baths, and a common area with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. Each bedroom has a sink.

Mainstreet is our newest project. It contains four one bedroom suites, a laundromat, two public rest rooms, public phone and modem port. Three suites have a bedroom with queen bed and in the living room/kitchen is a day bed/trundle. Two couples or three fisherman will find these units very comfortable. All units are handicap accessible and one unit is equipped with a wheel chair roll in shower.

The Green Tree Suite is decorated with magnolias, Victorian style with cherry wainscoting and cabinets. A pedestal sink is in the bedroom and a double sized jetted bath tub with two shower heads dominates the bath room. Sliding doors from bedroom and living room open onto 32 feet of private deck and covered car port. This suite is ideal for a couple.
